You may request a full refund within 3 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed the core program materials or attended a mentorship session. After that point, or once materials have been accessed, fees are non-refundable because the education has been delivered. Refunds are not issued based on funding decisions or personal financial outcomes, as those are never guaranteed and are outside our control.
Tax-preparation fees are earned as work is performed. Fees for completed and filed returns are non-refundable.
Not being approved for funding, not receiving a loan or line of financing, or not seeing a change in a specific financial outcome is not a basis for a refund. These are outcomes we never promise and cannot control; our programs provide education and preparation only.
